Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Hello Subaru of Temecula. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on Subaru vehicles to ensure they are safe and reliable for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations, to prevent breakdowns and extend vehicle lifespan.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide clear estimates and repair plans.
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • ASE Certification and/or Subaru certification a plus.
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
  • Positive, friendly attitude and eagerness to improve.
