Position Summary:

We are experiencing rapid growth and are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to play a pivotal role in our ongoing success. In this position, you will be instrumental in shaping our business development strategy, nurturing essential partnerships, and driving revenue expansion for one of the leading utility firms on the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with a diverse team of sales professionals and practice leaders.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven Hunter Mentality: You will manage an established $10M portfolio, necessitating strong relationship-building skills and experience in both hunting and farming.
  2. New Business Development Experience: 4-8 years of demonstrated success in driving business growth and cultivating relationships in a consulting or solutions-oriented environment.
  3. Client Acquisition Skills: Proficient in various conversion strategies, including cold calling, networking, and innovative outreach methods.
  4. Industry Background: Experience in the utilities sector is preferred, though candidates with backgrounds in telecom, technology, financial services, healthcare, or life sciences are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Information:

Your information will be treated confidentially in accordance with EEO guidelines.

At Logic20/20, we recognize and reward exceptional talent. We offer a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $110,000 - $135,000 for this role, along with uncapped commission opportunities. The total compensation is projected to be between $200,000 - $250,000, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and additional incentives.
