Key Responsibilities:
  • Organizes and loads distribution carts in accordance with established protocols.
  • Ensures timely delivery of cases to subsequent production stages upon completion of prior tasks.
  • Facilitates the distribution of cases to and from designated centers and Dental Technicians efficiently.
  • Utilizes technician profiles to allocate cases based on individual skill sets.
  • Monitors the flow of cases, prioritizing rush orders to avoid production delays and maintain an effective workflow.
  • Updates case locations through scanning when transferring between different facilities.
  • Records completed tasks in the relevant system to acknowledge Dental Technicians for their contributions; resolves discrepancies and scans.
  • Electronically assigns cases to Dental Technicians using the DL Touch system.
  • Maintains and utilizes GO Location Scan for tracking case status and location on the production floor.
  • Assists technicians in resolving credit sheet discrepancies.
  • Ensures efficient routing and possesses an understanding of product codes across all divisions.
  • Performs additional related duties and projects as directed by management based on business needs.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience in a fast-paced work environment.
