We are seeking a dedicated mental health professional to provide high-quality primary care in the beautiful city of Knoxville, Tennessee. As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be part of an integrated team with a primary care physician and nurse practitioner, and psychologist or licensed professional counselor.

About the Opportunity

This is a part-time position where you will be rounding in skilled nursing facilities, starting off with 6 patients a day, 2-3 days a week. You will have the flexibility to work a schedule that suits your needs, with a focus on patient relationships, outcomes, and facility needs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for adult patients
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders
  • Prescribe and manage medications as needed
  • Provide therapy and counseling to individuals and groups
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
  • Educate patients and their families on mental health issues and treatment options

Compensation

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $20,000 to $30,000, with uncapped commission potential. This full-time role is benefit eligible.
