Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm welcome to all guests at the Front Desk in line with company standards.
  • Handle check-ins and checkouts with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Ensure the proper operation of communication systems and assist in managing guest requests.
  • Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including uniform compliance.
  • Assist in resolving guest complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Participate in required training sessions and meetings to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:
