Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Specialist to join our team at Sunbelt Staffing. As a Behavior Specialist, you will work with students who require individualized support and guidance to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior intervention plans to promote positive behavior and academic success.
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy and support to students, utilizing evidence-based practices and strategies.
  • Collect and record data accurately on client progress and behavior, using this information to inform treatment decisions.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision to enhance professional development and stay up-to-date on best practices.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times, upholding the highest standards of care and support.
