Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at New London Hospital as a travel nurse in the clinic/outpatient department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities- Assess and manage patient care needs on an ongoing basis
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and outcomes
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of experience as a RN in an outpatient setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
