Nursing Professional

The Family Medicine Registered Nurse assesses, evaluates, and provides nursing care utilizing the nursing process and critical thinking in an outpatient clinical environment. This position requires 2 years or more of current Family Medicine/Clinic experience, clinical office experience, phone triage experience, EPIC EMR experience, and previous travel experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Assess and evaluate patient needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in New Hampshire
- 2 years or more of current Family Medicine/Clinic experience
- Clinical office experience
- Phone triage experience
- EPIC EMR experience (highly preferred)
- Previous travel experience (preferred)
