Salary InformationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 based on industry standards and local market conditions.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of a restaurant, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
- Lead and develop a team of managers and crew members to maximize their potential and achieve business objectives.
- Implement effective training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement plans to drive sales growth, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in restaurant management or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing costs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Demonstrated knowledge of restaurant operations, including finance, marketing, and human resources.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with relevant software applications, such as point-of-sale systems and inventory management tools.
