When customers seek garage floor coatings or installation of shelves and cabinets, they reach out through our dedicated hotline or visit the Supportworks website to schedule an appointment.
Upon receiving calls at the National Appointment Center (NAC), our representatives are tasked with contacting customers and securing those appointments. The primary objective of this role is to facilitate the entry of our sales representatives into the customers' homes, allowing them to showcase our products and assist in selecting Supportworks for their projects.
If a lead is received by the NAC and we fail to convert it into an appointment, it represents a missed opportunity. Therefore, our Customer Engagement Specialists play a crucial role in the success of the company. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling Sales Appointments: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by efficiently scheduling sales appointments via our phone line, website, and other channels.
- Assisting Customers: Engage with customers through phone, email, text, or online chat, not only to schedule appointments but also to address their inquiries and reassure them that they have chosen the right place for their garage renovation needs.
- Gathering Customer Feedback: We prioritize creating delighted customers. To achieve this, we follow up on every project completed by our franchisees.
You will initiate a customer satisfaction survey call after the completion of their installation, providing valuable feedback to our franchisees to recognize their efforts and facilitate their growth through constructive insights.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required.- A minimum of two years of call center experience is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of customer service experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a positive demeanor in a fast-paced setting.
- Capability to work independently and solve problems as they arise.
