Qualifications
  • Minimum five to seven years of related business experience (preferably financial analysis, corporate development, investment management, consulting, or private equity).
  • Minimum four years of relevant private equity experience or operate at a level consistent with this experience (investing, consulting, transaction, operating).
  • Proven advanced abilities, experience, and skills with Excel models.
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convey information, verbally and in writing, to internal and external customers in a clear, accurate, focused, and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management.
  • Demonstrated experience effectively influencing a group to a recommended course of action.
  • Proven experience coordinating multiple projects/assignments simultaneously, and completing assigned tasks, independently, accurately, and on a timely basis.
  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and process orientation.
  • Expected to cite examples of organization and time management methods used to manage or prioritize workload demands.
  • Must demonstrate project management experience in planning, executing, and maintaining a project from start to finish.
  • Proven strong project management skills.
  • Must cite examples of developing, organizing, initiating, and maintaining a project and successful accomplishing set goals.
  • Proven strong analytical skills, including demonstrated experience identifying, defining, and resolving complex problems, and collecting, quantifying, or interpreting data to establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and provide creative resolutions.

Work Setting

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a prestigious university.
