Job Overview

Cintech Construction, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Manager to lead our commercial construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including site superintendents and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and scope.
  • Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and shop drawings.
  • Chair project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
  • Conduct site visits and monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Review and approve invoices and timesheets, ensuring accurate payment and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in project management.
  • Preferred four-year degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of construction management software, such as Procore, is a plus.
