Position Overview:

Job Title: Food and Beverage Product Developer

Role Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated expertise in product development and scaling manufacturing processes for food and beverage items.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Utilizes knowledge of ingredient functionality, processing techniques, quality assurance standards, and food safety regulations.
  • Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills, adept at managing projects and adapting to change.
  • Capable of thriving in a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a dynamic environment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Food and Beverage Product Development.

Compensation: The salary for this role ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
