Clinical Team Lead

The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia is dedicated to delivering high-quality, innovative behavioral healthcare services in a recovery-based environment.
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Team Lead to provide clinical and administrative supervision to our team.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, and a minimum of four years of experience working with adults with severe mental illness.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinical supervision to team members
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Conducting assessments and evaluations
- Collaborating with community resources and stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
The successful candidate will be a licensed clinician (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and certified/credentialed as a substance use disorder counselor (CAC-I or equivalent or higher).
