">Job RequirementsAs a Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating departmental functions, leading nursing staff, and promoting high-quality patient-centered care. You will work collaboratively with management to develop and implement strategies that enhance staff engagement, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
- Contribute to ongoing assessment and improvement of patient care services.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration among nursing staff to achieve improved outcomes.
- Uphold a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
- Implement nursing strategies to enhance staff engagement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse diploma or degree
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 30 days of hire
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.
