Responsibilities- Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
- Assist residents with household tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care, promoting their independence and dignity.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring residents receive the best possible care.
- Participate in training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, as required by state regulations.
- A competitive hourly rate of $17.30.
