Job Overview:
The Civil Engineering Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in assisting the Project Manager and Project Superintendent. Key responsibilities include setting objectives, planning, organizing, implementing, and tracking project progress.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Organize, review, and distribute project documentation.
2. Maintain updated project drawings and revisions.
3. Create and manage all necessary project logs.
4. Conduct material take-offs.
5. Liaise with clients and owner representatives.
6. Calculate costs and issue contracts and purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers.
7. Schedule subcontractor activities and manage material deliveries.
8. Ensure a well-organized workspace while managing multiple projects concurrently.
9. Draft reports, business correspondence, and project documentation.
10. Present information effectively in various settings to clients and team members.
11. Interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Primavera 3 and 6 is advantageous.
- Strong skills in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts in construction math.
- Valid driver's license for occasional travel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data.
- Capability to interpret technical instructions and manage various project variables.
- Moderate physical activity may be required, including outdoor exposure to varying weather conditions.
