Job Title: Heavy Civil Foreman - Webber Structure

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heavy Civil Foreman to join our team at Webber, LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing and assisting skilled craft workers in performing their assigned duties under close supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage field crew in day-to-day production of projects
  2. Exhibit a high level of safety consciousness and a clear understanding of equipment safety
  3. Order tools and equipment
  4. Interpret blueprints/plans and construct accordingly
  5. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
  6. Provide leadership to others through example

Requirements:

  1. Five (5) years of experience managing crews on highway projects
  2. Lift, push, or pull and move up to seventy (70) pounds
  3. Climb, kneel, twist, and bend in a variety of environments
  4. Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers
  5. Be able to communicate in English via verbal and written communications
  6. Valid driver's license for occasional, required travel
  7. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  8. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with abstract and concrete variables
  9. Ability to physically maneuver by foot minor obstacles at construction projects
  10. Work outdoors with exposure to changing weather conditions such as rain, sun, snow, and wind
