Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at Exact Staff. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining accurate records of support requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
- Assist with the installation and configuration of computer systems and software
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems and software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hour
