Echelon Services LLC, a leading provider of comprehensive security solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Infrastructure Specialist to join their team.

Job Overview

This role involves working with clients to configure and maintain advanced electronic security systems, focusing on access control systems, intrusion detection systems, and video management systems. The successful candidate will work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team to ensure seamless system operation and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the lifecycle of physical security systems, ensuring they meet service level agreements and operate within predetermined parameters.
  • Analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing recommendations to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Resolve complex system issues related to physical security systems and networks, providing expert technical support to field technicians and operational staff.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to design and integrate secure systems, leveraging company processes and procedures to manage resources, scope, budget, timelines, and quality.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in installing and maintaining access control systems, intrusion detection systems, and video management systems.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in access control system programming and administration.
  • 2+ years of experience creating technical documentation, including design documents and reference libraries.
  • 5+ years of experience working independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and making decisions that align with company objectives.
  • Active Top Secret clearance is mandatory.
  • Certifications such as Lenel (or other ACS), Bosch BVMS, DMP IDS, and Aiphone are highly desirable.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000 - $100,000, taking into account factors like location, education, skills, and experience. This figure represents the typical range for this role and forms part of Echelon Services LLC's total compensation package for employees.
