Job Title: Demand Generation Specialist

At Sprocket Security, we're on a mission to help businesses secure their future by leveraging the power of penetration testing. As a Demand Generation Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in driving awareness and interest in our Continuous Penetration Testing offering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor paid and organic marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for our sales team.
  • SEO & Content Optimization: Collaborate with our content and web teams to optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for SEO, ensuring increased visibility and higher rankings.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including designing templates, writing copy, and segmenting lists for optimized engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating engaging posts, monitoring performance, and interacting with followers to foster engagement.
  • Digital Innovation: Steer our digital marketing stack and recommend new innovations for lead generation and nurturing, website optimizations, sales enablement, and operations.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Report on marketing's key performance indicators, such as pipeline and leads generated, traffic, engagement, and conversions using tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics.
  • A/B Testing: Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and emails to continuously improve performance and conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Work with our creative, product, and sales teams to develop and align demand gen strategies with broader company goals.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
