Legends is the official hospitality partner of Raymond James Stadium, home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Our partnership includes overseeing the stadium's food and beverage program development and management for concessions, suites, and premium areas.

Job Summary

The Barback is responsible for keeping their assigned bar stocked with items the bartender needs to provide exceptional guest service. This role may be hired to work in Catering or Suites.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Filling Ice Bins: Ensure that ice bins are filled and ready for use throughout the event.
  • Maintaining Par Levels: Maintain par levels of bar products throughout the event to ensure that bartenders have the necessary supplies.
  • Restocking VISI Coolers: Assist bartenders with restocking VISI coolers following proper rotation procedures and planograms.
  • Setting Up and Breaking Down the Bar: Assist bartenders in setting up and breaking down the bar.
  • Keeping the Bar and Surrounding Areas Clean: Assist in keeping the assigned bar and surrounding areas clean and organized.
  • Breakdown Cardboard and Keep Areas Clean: Break down cardboard and keep assigned areas clean and free of debris, carts, and trash.
  • Responsible Alcohol Service: Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines as required by Federal, State, and Local laws and in compliance with company standards.
  • Uniform and Grooming Guidelines: Adhere to Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Interacting with Co-Workers: Ability to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.
  • Food Safety and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications: Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting, with a focus on attention to details.
  • Time Management and Organization: Elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
  • Lifting and Transporting Items: Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
  • Physical Demands: Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
  • Availability: Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers and USF games.
  • Safe Work Habits: Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures, and regulations, complete company-wide safety training, and additional job-specific safety training.
