Your Impact:

- Building rapport and demonstrating empathy with clients, ensuring they feel appreciated.
- Efficiently utilizing internal tools (e.g., computer systems, online resources, and partner relationships) to provide the best solutions for clients.
- Exhibiting outstanding customer service skills with the determination to resolve issues and accurately process transactions.
- Clearly defining problems and escalating concerns when needed.
- Taking initiative to gain the expertise and knowledge necessary to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Assisting clients with professionalism while adhering to measurable business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A degree or experience in customer service is advantageous.

- Strong listening and empathy skills to assist our diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication abilities (both written and verbal) to support clients through various channels (e.g., email, live chat, etc.).

- Proficiency in personal computer use - capable of typing 40 words per minute and passing a standard English grammar assessment.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to manage challenging situations and conversations through voice or digital channels.
- Employing effective questioning techniques to uncover underlying customer needs.
- Identifying necessary actions to achieve positive outcomes.

Work Schedule:
