**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled **Contract Management Specialist** to join our team at Technical Resources International. As a key member of our contracts team, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts, from solicitation to close-out.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Review and analyze solicitations and proposals to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform cost and price analysis of subcontractor proposals to ensure best value for the company.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, including proposals, task orders, and travel estimates.
  • Prepare property reports for contractor-acquired government equipment items.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Administer contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions, including timely authorizations and modifications.
  • Interface with clients and vendors to ensure smooth contract execution.
  • Track and monitor contract budgets, expenditures, and projections.
  • Prepare reports of consultant and subcontract expenditures to ensure compliance with approved amounts.
  • Review invoices from subcontractors and consultants.
  • Provide contractual guidance to project managers and other staff.
  • Perform SBA small business reporting and assist with subcontracting goals.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of contracts, including amendments, renewals, and terminations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation.
  • Coordinate close-out activities.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management and cost proposal development.
  • Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Experience with spreadsheet software (Excel).
  • Experience managing full range of contract types and requirements from cradle to grave (especially Government contracts).
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations.
  • Experience with GSA FSS contracts, small business subcontracting/reporting.
