Overview

We are a dynamic and growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Carmel, Indiana. Our company specializes in providing comprehensive IT support services to businesses throughout the Indianapolis area.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Service Technician to join our team. As an IT Technical Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service: Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner, both in person and over the phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues: Diagnose and repair computer hardware and software problems.
  • Implement and maintain IT infrastructure: Assist with network configurations, security assessments, and system upgrades.
  • Perform preventative maintenance: Conduct regular system checks and perform proactive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
  • Document all service activities: Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including customer interactions and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong technical skills: Proven experience with Windows operating systems, basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and common software applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A+ Certification (preferred) or equivalent experience.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
