About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IoT Technical Lead to join our team at Mesh Systems. As an IoT Technical Lead, you will play a key role in driving the technical direction of our IoT solutions and ensuring their successful delivery.

This is a hybrid position with both work from home and office work based out of our headquarters in Indianapolis, IN (specifically Carmel). Fully remote teammates will be taken under consideration in certain circumstances.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in analyzing complex technical processes to address issues in sophisticated situations, offering expertise and consultation related to IoT solution delivery.
  • Support in assessing technology project work plans, schedules, status updates, project estimates, and resource allocation with supervision.
  • Help manage the identification of technical risks impacting solution delivery and operation, ensuring that mitigation strategies are developed and executed.
  • Facilitate direct interaction with customers, coordinating their technical requests with project managers and business stakeholders under the guidance of senior leaders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrable experience or knowledge in a development role with strong technical acumen and the ability to learn and apply analytical capabilities.
  • The ability to review technical designs and assess fit for purpose and translate technology requirements into business-speak with some guidance from senior leaders.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery paradigms and an eagerness to learn and apply DevOps practices.
  • Good influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills with a focus on learning and adapting.
  • The ability to assist in presenting data and solution concepts to business stakeholders.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
