Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team at theITSC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to our clients via telephone.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems and software applications, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

About the Job:

  • Provide technical support to clients via telephone, email, or chat.
  • Analyze complex technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to senior technicians as needed.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and software applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other software applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
