Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison to join our team at HeiTech Services, Inc. in the United States.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with the public, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our organization.
About the Role:
- This is a part-time ON CALL position, requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 7:45 am to 4:15 pm.
- The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, providing support to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with no prior experience necessary as all required job training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to applicants and visitors at the Application Support Center (ASC).
- Check-in approved applicants and assist with enforcing ASC rules and policies.
- Deliver outstanding front-line customer service on behalf of HeiTech Services and the United States Government.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the public.
- Successful completion of the biometrics training and certification within sixty days.
Estimated Salary: $18.50 per hour (based on location and experience)
