Resumen del Trabajo y Calificaciones

Como CT Imaging Specialist, operarás equipos de CT para producir imágenes transversales de los huesos, órganos y tejidos de los pacientes utilizados para diagnosticar condiciones médicas. Prepararás a los pacientes para los procedimientos explicando el proceso y posicionando al paciente para capturar imágenes óptimas solicitadas por el médico.

Interpretarás con precisión las instrucciones de escaneo del médico, administrarás materiales de contraste, prepararás y operarás el equipo de escaneo CT.

Asistirás al radiólogo en la administración de medicamentos y agentes de contraste, realizando biopsias y todo tipo de atención a los pacientes.

Prepararás las salas de examen para escaneos CT y/o procedimientos invasivos.

Monitorearás el inventario de suministros durante la rotación de salas y mantendrás la limpieza de las salas.

¿Qué calificaciones necesitarás?

Graduado de una Escuela de Tecnología Radiológica aprobada por la AMA.

Certificación en Soporte Vital Básico.

Certificación ARRT-CT preferida.

Experiencia en CT preferida.
