We are Home Instead - Vista, CA, dedicated to providing exceptional care to the elderly community. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who is passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors and has the ability to mentor new CAREGivers.

Position Overview:

As a Client Care Coordinator/CNA, you will play a vital role in managing client services and supervising CAREGivers. Your responsibilities will include conducting service calls, performing quality assurance visits to guarantee outstanding service for our clients, and guiding CAREGivers to excel in their roles through effective training and support.

Required Licenses/Certifications:

  • CNA Certification (Required)
  • Valid Driver's License (Required)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Exemplify the fundamental values of our organization.
  • Leverage your CNA training and experience to create and oversee personalized client care plans.
  • Manage quality assurance processes for all clients and coordinate related efforts.
  • Engage with potential clients through service calls.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients through quality assurance visits, phone calls, and special events.
  • Maintain precise records for clients and CAREGivers within our software system.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with the franchise owner, colleagues, and CAREGivers.
  • Respond to calls promptly and courteously, demonstrating knowledge and professionalism.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Active CNA license (or eligibility for renewal).
  • At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Comfortable with technology and smartphone applications.

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekend availability is required)

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
