Position Summary:
Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is on the lookout for empathetic and committed NA/CNAs to become part of our team. This role is based in Honolulu, Hawaii, and offers a full-time opportunity within the healthcare sector, specifically in the franchise domain. Compensation & Benefits:
The selected candidate will earn a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18 to $25, with weekly payments. Full-time staff members are entitled to a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401k retirement plan, paid time off, and pathways for professional development and growth.

Flexible Scheduling:
We offer adaptable scheduling options, allowing you to select your preferred shifts. Opportunities include recurring shifts, part-time, full-time, and on-call positions.

Workplace Selection:
Choose from multiple facilities, allowing you to select a workplace and clients that align with your preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional care to seniors, fostering their physical, mental, and emotional health.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and document residents' health and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Comply with all facility policies and procedures, along with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:
• Valid NA/CNA certification in Hawaii.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in long-term care or assisted living settings is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
