Clinical Liaison Role Overview

At BrightSpring Health Services, we are seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team. As a Clinical Liaison, you will play a critical role in coordinating patient care transitions, providing education and support to patients and families, and promoting our specialty infusion services.

Responsibilities

* Manage daily and weekly schedules to ensure timely and effective patient care transitions
* Provide patient education and teaching sessions to promote understanding and self-management of complex medical conditions
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
* Identify and pursue new referral opportunities to grow our customer base
* Complete clinical and patient care coordination documents accurately and timely
* Submit regular reports to the General Manager to ensure transparency and accountability
* Demonstrate positive, informative interactions with other departments, coworkers, referral sources, and hospital physicians
* Adhere to all applicable policies, procedures, safety plans, and standards imposed by regulatory organizations and BrightSpring Health Services

Requirements

* Registered nurse or equivalent, required
* Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school, preferred
* Current license to practice nursing in the state or territory assigned
* A minimum of two years of nursing experience
* Previous marketing experience preferred
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Valid driver's license and auto insurance
* Meet company standards for driving record and driver age requirement
