Core Responsibilities:

Additional Duties:


Conduct evaluations of client and spare part inventories, offering tailored service product proposals aimed at enhancing operational readiness and productivity.

Provide timely recommendations for spare parts to support newly acquired machinery, ensuring critical components are available for commissioning.

Assess the age and usage of customer-owned machinery, proactively engaging clients to facilitate planned service and parts activities.

Propose and market service products that enhance the reliability and efficiency of customer machinery, including machine audits, repairs, component replacements, and preventive maintenance agreements.

Upon receiving Technical Service Quotes (TSQ) from the internal team, deliver related proposals to clients within the same business week.

Follow up on TSQs with clients at least three times within 30 days, documenting follow-up dates on the TSQ sales tracking report.

Submit TSQ updates and monthly sales reports to management.

Request proposals from Service Products Coordinators through designated administrative systems within set timeframes. Ensure timely submission of sales documents and customer purchase orders within 48 hours of secured orders.

Evaluate new machine types entering the territory and provide the Parts Inventory Manager with a list of recommended parts for corporate stock.

Ensure readiness to address emergency and high-demand parts needs for new machinery.

Maintain a database of customer follow-ups, pending quotations, and routine calls, utilizing CRM, SAP, and TSQ systems as directed.

Assist clients in verifying the accuracy of their service product documentation and make necessary revisions.


Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree is preferred, with consultative sales experience required.
Ideal candidates will possess at least two years of technical sales experience in capital equipment, packaging solutions, or related goods. Practical mechanical experience is also preferred.

Language Proficiency:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operating instructions, and procedural manuals. Capable of writing routine reports and correspondence. Proficient in delivering presentations to groups of customers or colleagues.

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Reasoning Skills:
Ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Capable of interpreting a wide variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and managing several abstract and concrete variables.

Computer Proficiency:

Successful candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Previous experience with CRM and ERP systems is preferred.


Certificates and Licenses:
Must possess a current valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a passport for required travel.
