National Account Manager

Navistar is seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to drive sales growth and develop strategic relationships with fleet accounts. This role requires a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to execute complex sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales plans to grow business and margins
- Build and maintain relationships with fleet customers and dealers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to develop sales strategies
- Lead and train outside sales teams to achieve sales goals
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 8 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year of lead experience
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of automotive, truck, or bus components
- Passion for sales growth and client relationship building
- Ability to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
- Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results
Navistar offers a competitive total rewards package, including a salary range of $99K - 125K per year.
