Position Overview

Navistar is seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to drive sales growth and develop strategic relationships with fleet accounts. This role requires a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to execute complex sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to grow business and margins
  • Build and maintain relationships with fleet customers and dealers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop sales strategies
  • Lead and train outside sales teams to achieve sales goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 8 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year of lead experience
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Working knowledge of automotive, truck, or bus components
