Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at Navistar. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow our business with existing and new fleet accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business growth and margin expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers and our dealer distribution network
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market share
- Collaborate with our product team to develop and execute local sales plans
- Lead and develop outside sales teams to drive business growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 8 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year of lead experience
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Skills:
- Working knowledge of automotive, truck, or bus components
- Strong work ethic and passion for sales growth
- Ability to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
