Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at Navistar. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to grow our business with existing and new fleet accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business growth and margin expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers and our dealer distribution network
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market share
  • Collaborate with our product team to develop and execute local sales plans
  • Lead and develop outside sales teams to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • At least 8 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year of lead experience
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Working knowledge of automotive, truck, or bus components
