Job Summary

Nightwing is seeking an experienced Field Utility Engineer to support our operations in the Warrenton, VA area. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveys, design, installation, maintenance, and operation of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC infrastructures in an OCONUS environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct surveys and design/statement of works for electrical, mechanical, and HVAC infrastructures
  • Install, maintain, and operate electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
  • Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
  • Provide detailed reporting upon conclusion of work
  • Work as a team member and meet temporary travel requirements
Requirements
  • Experience with customer facilities and operations
  • Understanding of diesel generator systems, voltage regulators, and air conditioning systems
  • Familiarity with Department of State Overseas Building Office requirements and procedures
  • Active trade license in HVAC or Electrical systems (minimum Journeyman)
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications and customer tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of logistics and procurement of materials, inventory management
  • Knowledge of MAXIMO and other customer tools
Additional Requirements
  • TS/SCI security clearance with Poly on day one and eligibility for crossover
  • Ability to travel OCONUS (50%) and CONUS (10%) as required
