About the Role

Gentiva Hospice is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular supervisory visits to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and their families.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager and Staffing Manager to resolve client concerns and prevent unnecessary discharges.
  • Document all client communications and interactions in our Matrix system.
  • Develop and implement client appreciation efforts to enhance the overall client experience.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Two years of previous office experience and knowledge of filing.
  • Two to five years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Matrix and state and federal laws pertaining to the industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
