Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular supervisory visits to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and their families.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager and Staffing Manager to resolve client concerns and prevent unnecessary discharges.
- Document all client communications and interactions in our Matrix system.
- Develop and implement client appreciation efforts to enhance the overall client experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two years of previous office experience and knowledge of filing.
- Two to five years of customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Matrix and state and federal laws pertaining to the industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
