Business Development Representative

Join the North Dallas Division (DVS-DL) as a highly motivated Account Manager, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives. You'll work directly with self-employed individuals, small business owners, and clients to help them access affordable business services, consumer savings programs, and wellness benefits with access to health coverage plans.
The ideal candidate will be accountable, coachable, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. With a passion for helping others every day, you will be committed to excellence and have high personal integrity and character.
Compensation PackageWe offer an industry-leading compensation package with extensive product portfolios, multiple product lines, and competitive salary ranging from $75k to $125k per year based on performance. In addition to weekly commission advances, cash bonuses, and incentive contests, you can also expect monthly and quarterly bonuses up to 16 times a year, plus performance bonuses with company growth sharing multipliers.
