About the Role

The Product Photography Assistant is crucial to our daily photography workflow, ensuring the smooth transfer and delivery of items in line with our established operational schedule. This role involves organizing products and guaranteeing their timely delivery to the relevant departments while complying with product lifecycle protocols. The Assistant is tasked with scanning items to keep precise inventory records and ensuring a tidy workspace. Furthermore, the role includes supporting basic operational tasks as required and supplying necessary materials to the respective teams. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adhere to instructions in a dynamic setting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizing and categorizing products following set guidelines
  • Delivering items to the designated operational departments, including scanning inventory as per the routine schedule
  • Assisting the team with photographing products on mannequins exclusively
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace within the department
  • Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring a tidy work environment
  • Supporting the delivery of supplies as necessary to facilitate departmental operations
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in retail or product handling
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30lbs
  • Capability to work in a production setting, standing for the majority of the time
  • Detail-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to work some evenings, weekends, or holidays with prior notice
  • Experience with handheld devices (preferred)
  • Background in handling high-end luxury products (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Single SKU inventory systems (preferred)

Compensation

Starting Pay Rate: This position begins at $18.50 per hour for new hires at FASHIONPHILE.
