Role Responsibilities:

The Head of Product Innovation will manage the complete lifecycle of our products, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to market.   • Develop and implement strategies to introduce innovative products to the market.
  • Establish direction and objectives for the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Articulate the product vision, roadmap, and value proposition effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee product design, development, and testing phases, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies, identifying challenges and implementing solutions throughout the product development process.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices and standards throughout the product development process.
  • Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog effectively.

Qualifications:

  • A combination of technical, business, and leadership skills, along with relevant experience and qualifications.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or a related field, with 5-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in a senior or leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering impactful products from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Familiarity with product development methodologies, tools, and best practices such as agile, scrum, lean, and design thinking.
  • Strong understanding of market, customer, and competitor trends, with the ability to translate insights into product opportunities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to use data to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills for articulating product vision and strategy.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • A reputation for inspiring and empowering teams and stakeholders.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.

Classification: Exempt

Physical Requirements:

This role involves regular sitting, standing, walking, and using hands and fingers to operate a computer and phone. Occasionally, lifting and moving up to 20 pounds may be required.
