Position: Community Leasing Manager – Craft Coworking

Are you driven by success and possess a strong sales acumen? Confluence Communities is in search of individuals with exceptional sales expertise, outstanding customer service skills, and a commitment to excellence. The Community Leasing Manager at Craft will oversee all aspects of membership sales, onboarding new members, daily operations, event coordination, and fostering community involvement. You will engage directly with potential and existing members to maximize occupancy rates by nurturing strong relationships. This role includes generating leads, selling memberships, leasing office spaces, and preparing lease agreements.

Qualifications
