Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire, mentor, and lead all team members on a daily basis.

  • Provide coaching and constructive feedback to ensure all team members meet Pressed Roots' standards consistently.

  • Optimize the financial performance of the studio.
  • Analyze and enhance the studio's Profit and Loss statements.
  • Address employee relations and customer concerns while safeguarding the company’s interests and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
  • Implement operational, marketing, and human resources strategies within the studio.
  • Oversee timekeeping and payroll processes for staff.
  • Develop and manage employee schedules effectively.
  • Conduct regular inventory assessments and maintain appropriate ordering levels.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of managerial experience.
  • Prior experience managing at least 15 direct reports.
  • Background in a high-paced service environment.
  • Consistently provides outstanding customer service and possesses a genuine enthusiasm for quality.
  • Advanced skills in recruiting, onboarding, and team development.
  • Experience in inventory management and scheduling.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales growth.
  • Salon experience and a cosmetology license are advantageous.
  • Pressed Roots adheres to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations regarding background checks.

  • Annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000, plus potential bonuses.
