About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations & Support Specialist to join our team at Bottomless. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and managing our vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate customer support via phone, email, or chat
  • Manage vendor relationships, including resolving issues and ensuring timely fulfillment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to effectively support customers
  • Identify and report product malfunctions and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Experience in customer support or vendor management, preferably in a startup environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
