Position Summary

We're seeking a passionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Cantonese-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing them with peace of mind and resolving their issues with a smile.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming customer communications in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Cantonese
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to explain it to customers
  • Proficient computer skills and high-speed internet connection
