Customer Experience Associate

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Central Garden & Pet Company. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle large volumes of customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders and credits with high accuracy and efficiency
- Manage phone service levels and utilize CISCO phone platform to ensure excellent customer service
- Collaborate with other departments to assist in solutions for clients
- Participate in continuous improvement plans to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- College education desired or five years customer experience
- Proven experience in data entry and customer service
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Active listening skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Experience with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
