About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team at Central Garden & Pet Company. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle large volumes of customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process orders and credits with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage phone service levels and utilize CISCO phone platform to ensure excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with other departments to assist in solutions for clients
  • Participate in continuous improvement plans to enhance customer experience

Qualifications

  • College education desired or five years customer experience
  • Proven experience in data entry and customer service
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Active listening skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
