Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative - Sales Expert is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth for Perfect Placement Group, LLC. This role requires a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services, meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the company's revenue growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and services, staying up-to-date on new offerings and features.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized support and solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and customer support teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college work completed preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of sales success and customer satisfaction.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Language: Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
