We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to take charge of engineering projects with a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction. This role is pivotal in driving excellence within our organization.

ARE YOU A MATCH FOR THESE ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS?

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, with a preference for structural engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
  • At least 5 years of experience in structural design, particularly with precast concrete.
  • Proficient in structural analysis software such as SAP2000 and ETABS.
  • In-depth knowledge of precast concrete processes and industry standards.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.

WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE IN THIS ROLE?

As the Senior Structural Engineer, you will leverage your expertise in structural engineering and your enthusiasm for designing precast concrete structures. This position involves collaboration with production and project management teams.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Designing and analyzing precast concrete structures to ensure adherence to industry standards and project specifications.
  • Providing expert oversight during manufacturing to maintain design quality and integrity.
  • Working with project teams to incorporate precast designs into overall project frameworks.
  • Reviewing and approving shop drawings, design calculations, and other technical documentation.
  • Participating in project meetings, offering expert insights and recommendations on precast design considerations.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards (e.g., ACI, PCI).
  • Delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations, fostering high satisfaction levels and encouraging repeat business.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and team members through effective communication and reliable performance.
