Position Overview
Qualifications:

- 15-20 years of experience in industrial settings, particularly in chemical facilities

- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) registration

- Experience managing small-scale projects

- Proficient in designing equipment foundations, supports, pipe racks, access platforms, etc.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to foster positive client relationships

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the lead discipline engineer on projects, potentially overseeing multiple small projects concurrently

- Responsibilities include conducting technical design, budget management, and technical oversight

- Contribute to and help establish standardization processes within the structural division

- Provide leadership to the structural team and collaborate with other disciplines to ensure safety, quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved
