Job Overview
The Client Success Specialist plays a vital role in bringing our mission to fruition by supporting the Client Success team in navigating customers through their experience with Marvin Replacement. This team is dedicated to crafting an outstanding, tailored journey by prioritizing individual customer needs and serving as a reliable resource throughout their engagement. Client Success Specialists assist Client Success Managers with various behind-the-scenes tasks to guarantee a smooth experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all facets of order processing, including reviewing daily opportunities and generating production orders, handling customer-related documentation, liaising with project managers, ensuring necessary permits are secured, and creating invoices in QuickBooks.
- Process pre-measure change orders, such as adjusting financing options and modifying payment terms.
- Oversee project completions, including document uploads, payment notations, funding retrieval, and initiating service tickets as required.
- Assist in the collection of accounts receivable, maintaining accurate banking records and deposits.
- Ensure adherence to legal and internal standards across all operations (including PCI compliance, permitting, registrations, lead paint regulations, etc.). Accurately input data into our CRM system.
- Support Client Success Managers in regional operations, including drafting communications to clients on their behalf.
- Address customer service inquiries, guiding clients through the entire process from initial consultation to final resolution.
Compensation
$18-$21 per hour
Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to excellence and meticulous attention to detail for auditing tasks.
- A readiness to enhance skills as necessary and the capability to adapt to new technologies.
Preferred Background
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in order management or customer service, ideally within the windows and doors or construction materials sectors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
