Outbound Call Center Representative

As a key member of our Member Engagement team at Signify Health, you will play a vital role in improving the lives of our health plan members by offering, explaining, and scheduling free in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations.
Using our automated dialer system, you will make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to health plan members, ensuring they understand and are comfortable with the terms of our services. You will also be responsible for following approved scripts, responding to rebuttals persuasively, and presenting a positive, professional, and high-energy approach to clients, health plan members, and team members.
To succeed in this role, you will need to meet daily goals set by the department, including outbound dials per day, appointments set per day, shift and attendance policy adherence, quality targets, and more. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance results, reporting member complaints and escalations, and participating in peer side-by-side coaching as needed.
We are looking for someone with a strong desire to work in an efficient, results-oriented outbound call center environment. You will need to be persuasive, with the ability to rebuttal while treating all health plan members with professional courtesy. Good communication skills, friendly and conversational, are also essential. Additionally, you will need to be able to adhere to a fixed daily schedule, including start, breaks, lunch, and end times, and have strong computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems at the same time while making calls.
